- Planning, coordinating and managing all administrative procedures;
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times;
- Developing and managing budgets within the company (rentals, refurbishments and other administration costs);
- Assisting to HR (registration of labor relations);
- Organizing and executing all the events according to the corporate plan, PR assistance;
- Managing representative functions (negotiations with Astana Hub, etc.).
- 2+ years of relevant experience;
- Experience working in an IT company will be a plus;
- Knowledge of the local legislation in terms of business activities of the company;
- Knowledge of the labor law requirements;
- Written and verbal communication skills in English.
