Growing our team we are looking for a talented and ambitious Head of QA Competency to provide technical leadership and expertise within the field of Quality Assurance and Testing.

YOUR ROLE

Perform projects audits;
Maintain QA Competency Matrix;
Maintain Learning Paths for QA Engineers;
Standardize tools used by QA Engineers;
Prepare QA interviewers;
Lead internal QA community;
Improve and optimize test processes;
Analyze requirements and specifications considering industry standards;
Perform different types of testing (System, Integration, Performance, Security, Manual, Automated, etc);
Learn new stuff and continuously work on personal improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field;
7+ years of overall experience in testing;
Understanding of the main stages of the software development life cycle;
Experience managing teams of QA Engineers;
Proven knowledge of Test Documentation creation and usage (testing strategy, test cases, test plans), Bug Tracking Systems;
Understanding of Unit, Functional, System, Performance, and Operational testing and the tools utilized;
Experience in automated tests with any modern programming language;
UNIX systems experience;
Experience in the CI/CD build pipelines;
Experience working with AWS;
Upper-intermediate+ English and good communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience testing IoT projects with embedded part.
