ABOUT THE PROJECT
Klika Tech is building a partner ecosystem, and we need someone who can run it – not just manage relationships, but turn them into revenue. The Alliance Manager works directly with the Head of Strategic Alliances to operationalize partner strategy across hyper-scalers, ISVs, OEMs, and SaaS/PaaS platforms. This means owning the full partner lifecycle: co-sell motions, marketplace programs, funding applications, and structured cadences across all 12 ecosystem partners. Success in year one is clear – recurring partner-driven revenue streams are live, and every partner is running on a measurable, PMP-governed cadence. If you know how to make partnerships actually work – not just look good on paper – this is the role.
YOUR ROLE
- Build and manage multi-threaded relationships across partner organizations – from technical teams to C-suite.
- Drive co-sell pipeline development aligned with Klika Tech’s internal sales playbooks.
- Execute funded joint motions: MDF, MAP, and POC programs from application through fulfillment.
- Coordinate marketplace programs, competency tracking, and partner program compliance.
- Manage all 12 ecosystem partners through structured, PMP-governed cadences.
- Prioritize GTM projects to align with strategic business goals.
- Develop joint go-to-market solutions with ISV, OEM, and hyper-scaler partners.
- Own ecosystem reporting, KPI tracking, and alliance scorecards.
- Work cross-functionally with BD, marketing, R&D, and delivery teams.
REQUIREMENTS
- PMP certification or 5+ years of project management experience at an ISV company.
- Hands-on experience within hyper-scaler and enterprise partner ecosystems: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Salesforce, or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of co-sell motions, deal registration, and account planning.
- Experience across cloud, data, AI, and IoT solution stacks.
- Industry background in one or more verticals: Healthcare/Life Science, Industrial Manufacturing & Energy, Automotive, or Hospitality.
- Solid understanding of partner business models: ISV, SI, OEM, MSP, referral, marketplace, and co-sell.
- Comfortable operating in a hybrid GTM model (direct + partner-influenced).
- Strong communicator across BD, marketing, R&D, and delivery.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in tech services, cloud engineering, or consulting ecosystems.
- Track record building alliance KPIs and scorecards from scratch.
- Experience with cloud marketplace programs and partner ecosystem tooling.
- Existing relationships within hyper-scaler or strategic partner ecosystems.
