ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Sales and Business Development Department at Klika Tech is responsible for revenue growth, profit optimization, and building a scalable partner ecosystem.
We’re looking for a Director of Strategic Alliances to build, scale, and operationalize our partner ecosystem — starting with AWS and expanding across other strategic technology partners. This role is for someone who can turn relationships into repeatable co-sell motions, partner-sourced pipeline, and measurable revenue impact.
You’ll work across Business Development, Marketing, R&D, and Delivery to align priorities, create partner-ready offerings, and make co-sell execution a real operating system.
YOUR ROLE
- Own and execute alliance strategy with key ISVs, OEMs, and platform partners (AWS and beyond);
- Build partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline: source opportunities, drive deal strategy, and improve conversion;
- Enable co-sell execution end-to-end: joint account planning, deal registration, seller alignment, and follow-through;
- Create repeatable partner motions: partner-centric service offerings, packaged programs, and scalable joint initiatives;
- Launch and manage funded partner programs (e.g., MDF/MAP/POCs) with clear goals, governance, and ROI tracking;
- Develop internal co-sell playbooks and enablement: how teams engage partners, qualify opportunities, and execute consistently;
- Track alliance KPIs and influence outcomes: shorten cycles, improve win rates, and demonstrate revenue impact with data;
- Represent Klika Tech at partner events, executive briefings, and strategic partner conversations.
REQUIREMENTS
- 12+ years of experience in alliances, partner ecosystem, channel enablement, or strategic partnerships;
- Experience with the AWS partner ecosystem or an equivalent cloud platform ecosystem;
- Strong understanding of co-sell motions: deal registration, joint account planning, and partner-sourced opportunity execution;
- Comfortable operating in a hybrid GTM model;
- Proven ability to collaborate across BD, marketing, R&D, and delivery — and drive alignment through execution;
- Strong communication skills and executive presence.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in technology services, cloud engineering, or consulting ecosystems;
- Track record of building alliance KPIs / scorecards from scratch and making them actionable;
- Demonstrated success executing funded joint motions (MDF/MAP/POCs) with measurable results.
