ABOUT THE PROJECT
For one of our clients, we are building a customizable IoT platform. With the help of AWS architecture and the benefits of Machine Learning, we can help create a smart solutions. This concept includes real-time alerts, end-to-end tracking, and predictive analytics. You will have a unique chance to challenge yourself in IoT software development.
Our solutions help to control and manage indoor heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), which have a positive impact on:
- Environmental Sustainability: The energy-efficient design of HVAC helps reduce energy consumption for heating and cooling purposes. By optimizing temperature and humidity levels and minimizing temperature swings, we address climate change and reduce greenhouse gas emissions associated with energy consumption.
- Public Health & Quality of Life: We are making a big impact on society since our solutions are used in hospitals, kindergarteners, nursing homes, and other socially significant places, where maintaining a safe and healthy environment is critical. We’re creating a safer environment for patients, residents, and staff, thanks to reducing the risk of health-related issues and enhancing overall safety.
- Technological Innovations: By pushing the boundaries of IoT capabilities and leveraging advanced technologies such as AWS architecture, the solution fosters innovation and creates opportunities for further advancements in building automation, smart infrastructure, and sustainable design practices globally.
- Building Performance: By leveraging indoor sensors and AWS architecture, this IoT solution enables proactive monitoring and maintenance of building systems and infrastructure. This helps identify potential issues early, optimize building performance, and extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
YOUR ROLE
- Development of new AWS services and enhancement of the existing ones;
- Designing back-end for the integration of IoT devices with cloud infrastructure;
- Development of UI components;
- Visualization of IoT data received from back-end;
- Writing UI and unit tests;
- Performing effective code review.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Node.js;
- Experience with React (hooks), Redux, Less;
- Experience with cloud services (AWS);
- B2+ level of English.
NICE TO HAVE
- Knowledge of Python programming language;
- Microservices architecture;
- REST APIs development;
- HTML / CSS / JS (Angular / Vue);
- SPA testing framework (Jasmine / Karma);
- JavaScript build and other workflow tools like Grunt, Gulp, Webpack;
- Docker and containers experience;
- CI/CD knowledge;
- Server-Side rendered web framework (Spring MVC / PHP).
