ABOUT THE PROJECT

At Klika Tech, our Recruiting team is dedicated to building strong, high-performing teams that drive innovation.
We’re looking for an IT Recruiter who will contribute to attracting, engaging, and hiring skilled technical specialists for a variety of projects. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, manage the full recruitment cycle, and help ensure every candidate has a positive and professional experience with us.

YOUR ROLE

Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job intake to offer acceptance;
Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and create effective sourcing strategies;
Source, screen, and assess candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques;
Conduct soft skills interviews and guide candidates through the selection process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience;
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles;
Track recruitment metrics and suggest improvements;
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

REQUIREMENTS

3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in an international company;
Solid understanding of IT technologies;
Strong sourcing and networking skills;
Experience working with diverse locations and markets;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to think creatively and find solutions;
English at B2+ level.

NICE TO HAVE

B2+ level of Polish.
