ABOUT THE PROJECT
Klika Tech is expanding, and we are actively looking for an ambitious Junior Business Developer to join our growing sales team. This role is focused on the Hospitality industry. You will be building and owning a book of business, working directly with senior decision-makers, and driving revenue from the ground up. You will collaborate across teams, work closely with senior colleagues, and develop the habits and skills that turn a motivated beginner into a strong sales professional.
YOUR ROLE
- Contribute to and execute business development plans across target markets, with a primary focus on the Hospitality industry.
- Learn and apply structured sales methodologies to navigate enterprise and SMB sales cycles across diverse industries.
- Drive new business by creating and articulating compelling value propositions that connect client challenges to Klika Tech’s capabilities.
- Build and develop relationships with senior stakeholders – including Director, VP, and C-suite levels – with a focus on establishing credibility and long-term client engagement.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and provide regular forecasts and performance updates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, technical, and marketing teams to support deals and ensure client success.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and partner engagements to build brand presence and generate leads.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of experience in Professional Services Sales, preferably gained within a global or multi-market organization.
- Knowledge of Enterprise and SMB sales dynamics and buying cycles.
- Adept at working autonomously to formulate action plans, both for individual contributions and team achievements.
- Notion of AI, IoT, and Cloud concepts and technologies – willingness to go deeper quickly.
- Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management basics.
- Outcome-driven mindset: you focus on results, not just activity.
- Comfortable working with a degree of autonomy while operating within a structured sales process.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication – ability to express complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Proficient in English; multilingual capability is a plus.
