ABOUT THE PROJECT
The new employee will be responsible for maintaining and managing the company’s internal infrastructure, including both on-premise and cloud environments. This includes monitoring the performance and security of servers, network devices, and cloud resources to ensure smooth and reliable operations. Key responsibilities involve troubleshooting issues, managing backups, implementing updates, and coordinating with other team members. Additionally, the role involves procuring equipment, setting up devices for employees, and ensuring they have the necessary tools.
YOUR ROLE
- Configure and maintain dev & prod environments for applications;
- SaaS and local infrastructure configuration and optimization;
- Support developers with daily issues (access, environments);
- Automate your daily tasks;
- Control of IT procurements in the local and remote offices.
REQUIREMENTS
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Linux – managing users, services, and basic configurations;
- Fundamental networking skills – understanding of network configuration (routers, switches) and troubleshooting;
- Experience with Google Workspace – user management and basic administration;
- Basic understanding of AWS;
- Familiarity with GitLab/GitHub;
- Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance – ability to diagnose and repair hardware issues;
- Basic understanding of Jira and Confluence;
- Fluent English.
NICE TO HAVE
- Basic knowledge of Zabbix for monitoring and performance analysis;
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles;
- Familiarity with best practices in IT infrastructure management and information security;
- Scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python for automation and task management;
- Communicative Russian language.
