ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Pre-Sales Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting Klika Tech’s business development efforts by aligning client strategic objectives with value-driven technology solutions during the pre-sales phase. This role is critical to securing new projects and expanding existing relationships by providing in-depth business analysis, demonstrating tangible ROI, and illustrating the long-term value found through solution implementation. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to clients’ business stakeholders and the sales team, translating complex business challenges into clear, actionable, and financially justifiable solution outlines. This is a proactive, outcomes-focused, and client-facing role that blends strategic business acumen, financial analysis, and strong communication skills. It is designed for an individual who thrives in dynamic environments, can articulate the business impact and ROI of technical solutions to senior executives, and is passionate about driving measurable client growth and success from the initial stages. This role should ultimately be located in the United States, so willingness and ability to relocate if initially hired from a non-US geography is essential.
YOUR ROLE
- Business Opportunity Analysis: Lead discovery sessions with prospective clients to deeply understand their strategic business challenges, growth objectives, and key performance indicators;
- Value Proposition Development: Collaborate with sales and technical teams to define solutions that not only meet technical needs but also deliver clear, measurable business value and align with client strategic growth initiatives;
- ROI Analysis & Business Case Development: Develop compelling business cases, ROI models, and financial justifications that demonstrate the quantifiable benefits and strategic value of Klika Tech’s proposed solutions;
- Strategic Proposal & SOW Crafting: Collaborate with members of the Business Development and R&D teams to create comprehensive and persuasive proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and presentations that clearly articulate the business value, strategic impact, and expected returns from Klika Tech’s offerings;
- Value-Based Presentations & Workshops: Deliver engaging presentations and facilitate workshops for senior business stakeholders, focusing on the strategic advantages, operational efficiencies, and financial gains provided by Klika Tech’s solutions;
- Client Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and grow relationships with key business stakeholders within client organizations, understanding their evolving needs and identifying new areas for value creation;
- Market & Strategic Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor business strategies to effectively position Klika Tech’s solutions for maximum business impact and differentiation;
- Cross-Functional Business Alignment: Work closely with sales, engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, profitable, and align with the client’s business outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst, Management Consultant, or a similar pre-sales role with a strong focus on strategic business consulting and value articulation within B2B technology or digital services;
- Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, perform ROI analysis, and develop comprehensive business cases;
- Strong financial literacy and commercial acumen, with the ability to link technology enablement directly to business goals and financial outcomes;
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships with senior business executives;
- Experience in leading client workshops and facilitating discussions to uncover strategic business needs and align on value-driven solutions;
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage multiple business stakeholders effectively;
- Background working in fast-paced, globally distributed, remote-first teams.
