Project Manager

ABOUT THE PROJECT
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead one (or more) of the company’s IoT projects. We do Internet of Things projects: smart home, smart chargers for electric cars, temperature monitoring system for trucks, etc. Join us!
YOUR ROLE
- Manage client and project communications on a day-to-day basis;
- Workload planning and managing inter-project and cross-project dependencies;
- Management of the development team in an Agile setting;
- Support and optimization of delivery processes in a development team, creation and fine-tuning of new ones where needed;
- Short-term and long-term planning, goals adjustment, and risk management.
REQUIREMENTS
- More than 3 years of project management experience (in IT branch);
- Experience in project planning, including all necessary documentation;
- Experience in project evaluation and estimation;
- Experience with applying Agile methodologies and principles to project management;
- B2+ level of English.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in either software development, QA engineering, or business analysis;
- B2+ level of Polish.
