Expanding our team, we are actively seeking an exceptionally skilled, ambitious and customer obsessed Senior Business Development Manager to join our ranks and contribute to our continued growth and success.
Join our Business Development team and take charge of driving and accomplishing ambitious revenue objectives, engaging in cross-functional team collaboration, and directly influencing the success of our customers, partners, and the company. We are looking for results-driven deal maker to join our dynamic Business Development team.
YOUR ROLE
- Our global clientele is seeking a collaborative partner with a proven track record, backed by success stories, customer case studies, references, blueprints, and expertise to effectively implement solutions across diverse industries, including Industrial, Manufacturing, Automotive, Smart Cities, Connected Homes, Smart Agriculture, Asset Management, Connected Healthcare, Finance, M&E and AI, among others;
- Work closely with company leaders and help define emerging market segments, customers, and industries;
- Build and drive a detailed business development plan tailored for specific target markets, demonstrating strategic foresight and precision;
- Define and implement an efficient sales strategy highlighting your agile strategic thinking and ability to navigate complex market landscapes;
- Driven key account management of current clients and development of the new business by creating & articulating compelling value propositions;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and provide regular forecasts and performance updates to Business leadership;
- Relationship building at Director and CxO level;
- Participate in trade shows, customer and/or partner training and promotional events.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Outcome-Driven Sales, with a focus on AWS Cloud intensive industries and technology consulting;
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Professional Services Sales, specializing in IoT and Cloud custom Software development professional services. Preferably gained within a global solution provider organization;
- Proven success as quita-delivering Business Development or Sales Executive within Enterprise and Small Medium Businesses (SMB) markets;
- In-depth knowledge and influential relationships with Enterprises and SMB companies to influence decision makers on transformational change across various verticals;
- Passionate about Customer Obsession and Bias for Action; adept at internalizing objectives and working autonomously to formulate action plans, both for individual contributions and team achievements;
- Proven skills in building long-term trusted-advisor relationships;
- Solid verbal, written and presentation communication skills with the ability to express complex ideas succinctly;
- Сlosed at least 2-3 seven-figure contracts with new accounts;
- Understanding of IoT and Cloud concepts and technologies;
- Strong time and project management skills;
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills;
- Proficient in English; fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
