ABOUT THE PROJECT
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to drive client acquisition and take ownership of how marketing supports business growth. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and the ability to look at familiar problems from a new angle, turning ideas into structured, measurable marketing initiatives, and comes with the opportunity to redesign and build our marketing approach.The position focuses on attracting B2B clients, promoting the company’s technical expertise, and building trust through clear positioning, relevant content, and data-driven decisions. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the company and help shape a scalable marketing funnel that effectively supports sales and long-term growth.
YOUR ROLE
- Build and execute a client-focused marketing strategy focused on attracting B2B clients.
- Plan and run targeted marketing campaigns aligned with company services and business goals.
- Monitor competitors, perform competitor analysis, and adjust positioning accordingly.
- Drive inbound lead generation through SEO, website optimization, content, and digital campaigns.
- Implement and maintain marketing automation to support lead nurturing and funnel efficiency.
- Analyze marketing performance and optimize activities based on data and lead quality (traffic, conversion, CPL, lead quality, pipeline contribution).
- Manage company presence and lead generation through industry platforms and catalogs (e.g. Clutch, GoodFirms, etc.).
- Lead SEO end-to-end: keyword research, content structure, on-page optimization, performance and goal conversion tracking.
- Develop and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, CTAs, and conversion funnels.
- Create and maintain marketing content that supports sales: service pages, case studies, and articles.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and sales to align marketing efforts with business needs.
- Manage and coordinate external vendors and contractors when required.
- Document marketing processes, guidelines, and performance metrics.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, in IT companies.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and lead generation.
- Practical experience in market research.
- Strong hands-on experience with SEO and digital marketing tools.
- Experience owning marketing strategy end-to-end with measurable results.
- Experience working with websites, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to translate technical services into clear and compelling value propositions.
- Strong analytical and result-oriented mindset.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).

- Experience in service-based or consulting companies.
- Understanding of software development, cloud, IoT domains.
