ABOUT THE PROJECT
The company is currently executing a strategic Infrastructure Modernization and Compliance Program consisting of five major initiatives: Identity & Access Management (IdP), Mobile Device Management (MDM), Hardware Lifecycle Refresh, Network Modernization, and ISO 27001 / GDPR remediation. Due to the scope and timeline of these initiatives, we are expanding the IT team to ensure successful delivery while maintaining operational excellence and day-to-day IT support.
YOUR ROLE
As an IT Administrator, you will:
- Support the planning, implementation, and ongoing administration of core IT systems and infrastructure.
- Work closely with the Head of IT and external vendors to deliver key modernization projects.
- Ensure a secure, reliable, and efficient IT environment for employees worldwide.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in IT Administration, Systems Administration, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration.
- Experience administering Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Administration).
- Experience managing AWS environments and cloud-based services.
- Strong understanding of endpoint management and device lifecycle processes.
- Experience with network administration, troubleshooting, and infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of identity and access management concepts (SSO, MFA, RBAC, SCIM, provisioning).
- Experience supporting compliance and security initiatives.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience implementing or managing MDM platforms (JumpCloud, Kandji, Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE, etc.).
- Experience implementing Identity Providers (Okta, JumpCloud, Entra ID, Google Identity).
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 controls and certification processes.
- Experience supporting GDPR compliance initiatives.
- Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Experience with networking platforms such as UniFi, Meraki, Fortinet, or Cisco.
- Experience in fast-growing international organizations.
