UX/UI Designer (Real Estate)

ABOUT THE PROJECT

We are building the brand-new platform, which is intended to become a SaaS-platform and serve all the needs of managing real estate companies and their clients: location & lease management; management of amenities inside and outside an apartment; handling tenants’ requests; processing payments; housekeeping; rate & occupancy management; IoT devices management.

YOUR ROLE

• Design and deliver innovative and user-friendly digital products;
• Execute the design process from concept through final implementation, ensuring products are aesthetically pleasing and highly usable;
• Work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions;
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups;
• Integrate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into designs to enhance the overall user experience;
• Contribute to existing design system and shared UI components across the design department.

REQUIREMENTS

•  3+ years of experience in UX/UI design;
• Strong knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools;
• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision;
• Demonstrable UX and UI design skills reflected in your portfolio;
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory and other user-centered design principles;
• Strong attention to details and ability to maintain design consistency across the product;
• English: B2 and higher.
