To create a vibrant and engaging workplace, we created our Corporate Hobby Communities. These communities are designed to bring together employees who share common interests, allowing them to connect and enjoy their hobbies together outside of their day-to-day work.
What Are Hobby Communities?
Hobby Communities are employee-led groups centered around specific interests or activities. These communities provide a space for employees to share their passion, learn from one another, and build meaningful relationships across different departments and teams. Whether you’re an avid cyclist, a board game enthusiast, or someone who loves photography, there’s a community here for you.
Our Current Communities
Based on employee feedback, we’ve identified several potential Hobby Communities that are in the process of being established:
- Bicycle Riders 🚴: Join fellow cyclists for group rides, share tips on bike maintenance, and discover new routes.
- Board Games Players ♟️: Gather around the table for strategy, fun, and a bit of friendly competition with your colleagues.
- Hiking Enthusiasts 🥾: Explore the great outdoors with colleagues who share a love for hiking. Plan group hikes, discover new trails, and enjoy the beauty of nature together.
- Motorcycle Riders 🏍️: Connect with other motorcycle enthusiasts for weekend rides and discussions about all things motorcycles.
- Pet Lovers 🐶: Share stories, tips, and perhaps even organize pet meetups with other pet-loving coworkers.
- Photographers 📸: Explore the art of photography, share your work, and participate in photo walks with fellow shutterbugs.
