Program Overview
This program empowers our employees to reach their fullest potential while contributing to our collective success. For each completed activity, employees receive financial bonuses and collect Klika Hero points to become a winner of the program.
Steps of the Program
Throughout 2025, our employees will be encouraged to self-develop through various activities, including:
- Certifications: we prioritize the pursuit of certifications among our team members, offering support and incentives for those who strive to expand their expertise.
- Presentation Mastery: by creating engaging content for both internal and external audiences, e.g. sharing knowledge with colleagues, writing articles, shooting videos or speaking at events.
- Language Proficiency: we incentivize employees to enhance their language skills through initiatives such as the IELTS or TOEFL certifications.
- Building Personal Brand: we support our team members in sharing their professional experiences, insights, and milestones on LinkedIn, reflecting their individual growth and journey within the company.
The Winner
As the year draws to a close, we gather for our Annual All-hands Meeting, a festive celebration where we crown the Klika Tech Hero of the year. This coveted title and an additional bonus of $4500 are awarded to the employee who has gained the maximum score (number of points) for completed activities.
