Program Overview

This program empowers our employees to reach their fullest potential by completing activities and receiving financial bonuses. At the end of the year, we announce the winners of the program – participants with the biggest number of points.   

Steps of the Program

Throughout 2026, our employees will be encouraged to self-develop through various activities, including:

  • Certifications: we prioritize the pursuit of certifications among our team members, offering support and incentives for those who strive to expand their expertise.
  • Presentation Mastery: by creating engaging content for both internal and external audiences and supporting communities, e.g. sharing knowledge with colleagues, writing articles, shooting videos or speaking at events.
  • Language Proficiency: we incentivize employees to enhance their language skills through initiatives such as the IELTS or TOEFL certifications.
  • Building Personal Brand: we support our team members in sharing their professional experiences, insights, and milestones on LinkedIn, reflecting their individual growth and journey within the company.

The Winner

As the year draws to a close, we’ll gather for our Annual All-Hands Meeting to crown our Klika Tech Heroes in a festive year-end celebration. The top three participants with the highest total points will receive honorable plaques and financial bonuses of $4,500 (1st), $3,000 (2nd), and $2,000 (3rd).

We are also introducing two specialized subcategories—AI Master and Communication Master—each rewarded with a $1,500 bonus. These titles will go to the top points-earners who complete the required certifications and knowledge-sharing activities in their respective fields. We can’t wait to celebrate our champions together!
